1. Try to
resolve your grievance directly with the staff member.
2. If it is
not resolved, contact the immediate supervisor of the staff person by
telephone or in writing. Send your written grievance statement to the
address shown below, or ask at the receptionist desk to have it put in the
mailbox of the appropriate supervisor.
