All new enrollments are by appointment
only, and you must enroll by the date set by the Court of Conviction.
Enrollments are held five days each, Monday through Friday, except
holidays.
Before you make an enrollment appointment, please
carefully review to the following information:
The
minimum first conviction program lasts for three months (see fees on the Enrollment
page). Extended terms of six months, nine months may be
required by the court, with appropriate fees.
At enrollment, you will be asked to make a down
payment (see fees on the Enrollment
page), with monthly payments thereafter.
Multiple conviction program is for eighteen
months (see fees on the Enrollment
page). At enrollment you will be
asked to make a down payment, with twelve additional monthly payments.
If you are unable to make the required down
payment or monthly payments, special arrangements can be made.
All fees are set by the San Diego County
Department of Health and Human Services and not by this program.
Enrollment registration and orientation will
last approximately four to four and one-half hours. You may dress
casually, but proper and respectable attire is expected.
You will not be allowed to enroll if there is
evidence of any alcohol or other controlled substance consumption when you are
on the premises.
You must bring with you,
Your down payment.
We prefer payments in cash, however we do accept
Visa®, Master Card® and Discover Card®,
Money Orders and branded (logo) Debit Cards. We do not accept Personal Checks, Third Party checks, post dated
checks or checks drawn on credit cards.
A pen to write with.
Your Court Referral or DMV paperwork.
We cannot enroll you without these documents.
You should know your;
Driver’s License Number or DMV issued "X" number
Social Security Number,
The ZIP Code of the area where you were arrested,
And the date of arrest.
You must also provide your
correct name, address, telephone number and date of birth. If
you do not provide your date of birth or Driver's License Number or
"X" number, we cannot issue your DMV Notice of Completion
Certificate (DMV form DL-101) when you have completed the program.
