The Department of Motor Vehicles will not allow this Program to issue a Certificate of Completion (DMV Form DL-101) without either a valid California Driver License Number or a DMV issued X-number, as well as your correct name and date of birth.. If you have not been issued a California Driver License, you must obtain the DMV X-Number that they have assigned to your case. This X-number can be found on the arrest information given to you by the arresting agency, or you may obtain the X-Number from your Insurance Company. If the X-Number is not available from the first two mentioned above, go to the nearest DMV office. Ask the DMV for a complete DMV "Print-out" (about $5.00). This document will contain the DMV assigned X-Number. You must have your California DL Number or DMV X-number when you enroll. If you are already enrolled in this program, please provide the required number before you complete your Program. Remember, the return of your driving privileges may be dependent upon you providing this program with the proper information. |
